The concept involves using 3D projection to tell the story of Le Petit Chef as he follows the footsteps of Marco Polo and explores the fabulous spices and flavours in the journey from Europe to Asia. The talented team behind this creation is Skullmapping from Belgium and you can see plenty of potential for this technology to be developed further to enhance the dining experience

A tree from Norway

In a tradition dating back to 1945 when Britain helped Norway with some war troubles, as a sign of appreciation, they have given us a very large tree for Christmas each year. Last night was the planting ceremony as the 30 foot tree arrived on a low loader, previously owned by Coca Cola, and was lovingly raised into position by the community heckling our builder Billy. The Right Reverend CoffeeQueen knelt in prayer to offer blessings to our tree and for peace all over the world, and a pony for everyone
